SmartIVR

SmartIVR interactive voice response server is a part of SmartGate-based solutions and intended to implement custom user authorization schemes. These schemes can use IVR or autoattendant technology.

Because of well-designed architecture one SmartIVR server can process up to 4xE1 (120 simultaneous calls) streams with average-level hardware used. Internal solutions used in this server can guarantee such features as response update without service interruption.
